Return & Exchange Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Live Arrival Guarantee
We guarantee live arrival on all plant orders. To qualify, an unboxing video must be started before opening the box and submitted within 2 hours of delivery. The guarantee does not apply to packages affected by carrier delays, weather events, or transportation damage outside our control. Please note that minor leaf or stem stress from transit is normal and not grounds for a claim.

Cancellation Policy
We do not accept cancellations once an order is placed. As a small business, each order is processed immediately, and we are unable to reverse transaction fees. We appreciate your understanding and support.
