Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Shipping Days
We ship Monday–Wednesday only to ensure your plant does not sit in a carrier facility over the weekend.

Carriers
We ship via USPS and UPS. Shipping method and estimated transit times will be shown at checkout.

Seasonal Shipping
During winter months and periods of extreme summer heat, Next-Day Air or Next-Day Saver shipping is strongly recommended to protect your plant. We reserve the right to hold shipments during unsafe weather conditions and will notify you if a delay is necessary.

Heat & Cold Packs
Complimentary cold packs are included with every order when destination temperatures exceed 75°F. Heat packs are included during winter months upon request.

We currently ship within the contiguous United States only.
